Planning Christmas ornaments out of felt

I am working on some wonderful felted Christmas ornaments that I plan on displaying during and prior to the holidays. They will be "magical". Watch for them.

Weekend Wonderings

Spent the weekend at the Nebraska State Fair and points beyond. I volunteered at the state tourism booth. Had a great time sharing info about Sarpy County and Springfield ArtWorks as well as passing out brochures on other Nebraska tourism spots. Met lots of great people from around the state. Also met an Idaho couple who are familiar with the Trailing of the Sheep Festival in Idaho in October. I'll be there with bells on!

Felting and jewelry teacher to be featured in November

Help us celebrate our first anniversary in November. We are bringing in two teachers from Wisconsin for 2 days of classes and one day of make and take it. I am still working on final details....such as cost but it is REAL! I have some of their work in the gallery now and available for purchase. I will also have a trunk show of their work the week before the anniversary events. Save the dates, Nov 4,5 and 6th. It's exciting.
